HOW TO MAKE RESERVATION

How to make reservations for VCI home and affiliated resorts:

    1. Call our Member Services Department (MSD) for all your reservation needs or fax Points reservation request;
    2. For International reservation it should be 2 months before the scheduled date and for Local reservation for affiliate resort it should be 2 weeks and for home resort 1 week before for the scheduled date.
    3. An MSD officer will send you an Accommodation Certificate Voucher (ACV), which contains details of your reservation with the corresponding point allocations. Upon receipt, please return the same completed;
    4. Reservations are subject to availability and are strictly on a first received, first served basis.
    5. Your reservation request cannot be processed without the completed ACV and payment of the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) when applicable.
    6. An MSD Officer will call you to confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you will then receive a Confirmation Letter as soon as a reservation number is available.
    7. Present the Confirmation Letter to the hotel’s Front Desk Officer upon arrival at the hotel.
    8. Vacation Club International (VCI) reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of equal or greater value available for member’s requested booking dates.
    9. A member can share their privileges with immediate family, thereby multiplying enjoyment many times over. A member must provide their family members a written form notifying the Member Services Department (MSD) of their plans or in any way not accompanying their family members during their stay at a choice establishment.
    10. If a member chooses to allow a friend or guest to utilize the formers membership privileges. In this case, Vacation Club International (VCI) will charge a reasonable fee of Php1, 000.00 for the Guest Certificate Fee. The Guest Certificate Fee associated with this kind of arrangement is charged as per confirmation on top of the points utilized.
    11. A member is entitled only to the maximum guest allowed per type of unit per Establishment. If a party of the member exceeded the maximum guests allowed, additional payments (points) shall be required and subject to availability of the facilities.

We have gone to places like Bolinao- Pangasinan, Coron-Palawan and did not find hard time booking with vci reservation officers. They are so accomodating. It only took 2 to 3 days and our bookings were confirmed.
We have a line up of places to visit in the future thru VCI. I salute you people of vci, keep up the good work.
